Product or service reviewed: Carrier Heat Pump

We are a second time customer with Darnell Heating and Cooling and both times received excellent fast and friendly service. From 20 years ago to present they have remained professional and honest and their product has proven to be efficient.

Product or service reviewed: Carrier Hybrid heat pump, hi efficiency gas furnace, smart thermostat, electrical panel and breaker replacement

Technician: Jim and Joe

Darnell H&C has provided service and equipment for us for many years. Their technicians are knowledgeable, trustworthy and with lots of years of experience. The recent installation went smoothly. We are very satisfied with the new system and especially appreciate the smart thermostast which allows us and their technician to monitor our system, especially helpful if we are out of town. Replacing the electrical panel was no easy job but was done efficiently and well.
